Another reason to blog! This time planning to ride from SF to LA over a week in 2008. As my friends would quickly point out that right now I am in no shape to do so, so I have worked up a nice training plan (nice, no way its nice). I will keep all posted on a regular basis on how I am doing.
The reason for doing this? many, the challenge, raise money for a terrible disease and while doing all this get some exercise.
